Previously, special instruments and consumables were wrapped in green towels and fixed with adhesive tape to indicate whether the items were autoclaved. It is usually proved to be troublesome to just open the tool kit, and there is really no way to ensure that the sterility of even the seemingly complete tool kit is not impaired. Sprinkle a few drops of liquid on a sealed container and you will be exposed to bacteria, at least in terms of legal liability and procedures.

But that was in the past. Now, except that expensive precision instruments cannot be effectively replaced by disposable equivalents, most medical and dental facilities now use disposable instruments and supplies. For reusable items, tape cloth bundles have been largely replaced by disinfection bags. A poorly designed bag is no better than a plastic bag. On the other hand, a good disinfection bag is an indispensable part of any medical or dental supplies in stock. It has some very important characteristics. Smart buyers will look for and stick to customized disinfection bags.

First of all, one side of a good disinfection bag is a waterproof plastic film, so that the instrument or supplies can be clearly visible, so that any damage to it or its contents can be found before it is really needed. On the other side is semi transparent paper, which is seamlessly connected with the film and can transmit high-pressure gas, but its micropores are small enough to prevent the passage of pathogens transmitted by liquid or air. Finally, the bag must have a fireproof sealing mechanism that is itself impermeable and will allow contaminants to pass through. In addition, the bag of each element must provide good indication. When the sealed bag and its contents are brought into the treatment or operating room, the contents must be sterile. If any of these design standards is missing, the disinfection bag will no longer be sterile.

Ultimately, the safety of the dentist or surgeon's patients depends on the clinic's assurance of effective infection control, which largely depends on the design and quality of the disinfection bag. Patients will feel safe when they see the medical equipment provider open the bag in front of them, because, although dentists or surgeons may not consider these factors during treatment, seeing instruments or other materials taken out of the obviously well sealed disinfection bag can well eliminate the infection concerns of patients with inherent pressure.
